The pro coriander team will love you when you bring this delicious coriander and cashew dip along to your next party. Easy and quick to make ahead of time, you will be free to be the life of the party.
Ingredients
½ cup coriander
1 cup Roasted cashews
2 TBS Sun-dried tomatoes
3 TBS Olive oil or oil from tomatoes
1 Red cayenne chilli
¼ cup Lemon juice

1 TBS Tuscan tomato seasoning
Toasted sesame seeds, extra coriander and sumac to garnish
Toasted flat bread, crackers, crunchy bread or vegetable sticks to serve.
Directions
Mix together cashews, coriander, tomatoes, oil, lemon juice, seasoning and chilli (halved) in a food processor until a chunky paste is formed. Add extra oil if required.
Place mixture into a small bowl and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, extra coriander and a sprinkle of sumac.
Serve with toasted flat bread, crunchy bread, crackers or vegetable sticks.
